Do these cards have similar performance?

I'm thinking about replacing an MSI 5600 with this this Leadtek 6200A because it has passive cooling. Do the cards have similar performance?

Don't bother unless silence is the only thing you care about ... while neither card is very good, the 5600 is the faster of the two.

What performance are you looking at? 6200 is great for non-3D work. Compared to integrated graphics, 6200 will not eat up system memory and will give much better picture quality. However for any kind of 3D rendering, I would say you should look for something better. These cards will choke even for Vista's Aero UI. Assuming no 3D work under XP, I'd pick 6200 over 5600 because 6200 should be cooler and will probably have better driver support in the end.
