Do the new Duron 1.6GHz models still support MP?

Not sure about the Cache Mod on the new Durons, but the Thortons, Bartons with 1/2 Cache can be modded by changing the bridges which set the cache size. Since the new Durons are really TBRED B's they probably can be modded to provide access to all of the cache.

You mean to say that the Bartons have 1MB of L2 cache? I think you may be confusing the Barton and Thorton my friend...

Not confused at all !! The Thorton has 1/2 the cache of the Barton, but by changing the bridges of the Thorton, viola the rest of the cache can be used.
