do the athlon 64 drivers to anything but add cool and quiet

I haven't put them on, but I'm wondering if the Athlon 64 drivers (from their website) do anything besides add cool and quiet support.....if that's it then I'm not going to put them on. Thanks...
 
Yeah, I think it probably does. I will never put it on though, so it doesn't much matter. I just want to know if the driver does anything else that I will want.
 
in my mb manual it says dont install a64 driver if you plan on overclocking so i'm guessing it only has the cool and quiet driver
