Do system time/date changes in Windows get logged anywhere?

I was looking through the logs and noticed that date and time changes don't get logged, which strikes me as unusual.

Is there some place that Windows logs date & time changes?
 
you probably need to enable successful attempts for system events in the local security policy. Then it will show up in the security log.
