Do slow shippers piss you off too?

I paid a guy for an xbox power supply at xbox-scene.com on the 8th of January. I still don't have my power supply. He dosnt answer e-mails and his PM box is always full it seems. I finally got a PM into him 3 days ago and he said he shipped on wednesday the 15th. I still don't have my power supply and needless to say I am pissed. I got in touch with some people he has dealt with in the past and they all said it took weeks to get their stuff too. At this point im not worried about getting trolled but I want my PSU!!!!! I just tried sending him a PM and his box is full as usual. Anyways this is my rant for the day.
