You need another option: Both.

More awake after morning shower.

Relaxed and sleepy after night shower/bath.

I'm really not sure...I think it depends if I want to be awake or not..

LOL your poll question is worded horribly.

Make it more concise...hell don't even make it a question.

"Showers make you..."

- more sleepy
- more awake.

Or change the answer to "more" and "less".

We can't answer "yes" or "no" according to your question.

I could probably fall asleep in a nice warm shower... but once I'm out, I'm awake for a couple of hours.

They wake me up, but at the same time I can't get a good nights sleep without taking one, so I have to shower both in the morning and at night.

Your poll makes no sense...

Are you more or less sleepy? Yes. huh?

Just go into the OP and do Edit Poll, then change the answers... heh.
