Do purple (not UV) led kits exist?

I am looking for purple lighting and all I am finding is UV. Is there such a thing as purple LEDs that are not UV, or are they one in the same?

Purple is just the color that the human eye perceives near-UV light as. Unless you get something that is completely out of the visible spectrum, a UV LED will look purple.
