Do products purchased on Overstock.com have a warranty?

I was always curious about this.... Do companies warranty products purchased on Overstock.com? Are they just the worlds biggest unauthorized dealer? 🙂

It all depends, but why are you buying from Overstock? Have you not heard of all the trouble they're going through? I don't like flushing my money down a toilet, why do you?

Ive ordered small items from the in the past a bunch of times (books, music, etc)....

Mine did, but I *BOUGHT* an extended warranty on a JVC camcorder (from a crappy 3rd party warranty company I might add) and it died a month before the warranty expired. Actually, Overstock's employees were GREAT. The 3rd party warranty company was jerking me around (8 months after agreeing to pay me and still no check!) The Overstock CSRs went to bat for me and put pressure on the warranty co - WITH RESULTS! I gave some KUDOS to them.
