i do not know. i personally would never be ok with it. I think a lot of these people aren't the most um "high quality" human beings to begin with, also they meet the pornstars while they are pornstars and know this. Then they date for fun maybe? or to brag or i dunno why, end up falling in love and want to be with them but they knew their lifestyle when they met so they can't tell them to quit their jobs?
I rememebr i watched something on spice tv once where they followed around pornstarts. I can't remember her name but she is fairly popular though not too attractive, has dark short short hair. She was married with a son and her husband would even drive her to work and stay as they filmed it sometimes and would go back home with her. She even said how the sex on screen was just a job and she didn't get any pleasure from it but she loved it with her husband. Go figure.

I know at least one of them (Jenna Jameson) stopped doing other guys when she found her bf (husband?). Now she's strictly solo or girl on girl
