Do people really use pigeons to signal things in their neighborhood? In the moving Training Day when the dude rolls up to the ghetto area they "flip pigeons" to signal that he was comming. Now today i was watching the video to "what happen to that boy" - clipse and birdman (baby) And he says they flip pigeons when they come to his hood...thus i guess he is called the birdman? and he claps like they do at pigeons..?
