shitty neighborhoods get lots of salesmen and religious nutjobs knocking on their doors?
Or is it mostly asshole landlords demanding rent?


I only ask because it seems like rows of middle-class townhomes are catnip to solicitors.

I would figure the solicitators would be going to the mid/higher end neighborhoods, but guess it depends what they're trying to sell too. I could see those sketchy hvac rental guys trying to con poor people into rental contracts.

I have not had any religious ones in a while. I usually just tell them I'm Christian and not converting.

Never got many at my mother's house. Around here, Jehovahs sometimes come by, but not that often.

oh and being in a blue state urban area, we don't get those door knockers here. i've lived in various neighborhoods of my city for a significant part of the last 7 years. all told about 5 years. had one doorknocker in that time ever. it's good to be blue.
