I just caught the Glenn Beck show followed by Nancy Grace, who is possibly worse than Beck, but dear Lord, these people are ridiculous :confused:

I stopped watching CNN ever since I switched to DirecTV and got BBC America. The one hour BBC World News show gets me more valuable news and ifnormation than I could get watching CNN for an entire day. (Or Fox News, or MSNBC or any other BS "news" channel for that matter)

geez people. cancel your cable, get a decent antenna. Public TV has decent news, I know we get a bbc hour on it in kentucky. If you really want to hear idiotic opinions, you can always go online.

Lou Dobbs rocks. CNN is fine. I haven't noticed anything crappy. (I just listen to the news news. No opinions. Except Lou.)

Beck used to be decent to listen to...but as with many talk radio personalities that get famous he went from a common sense approach to thing to a more Nancy Grace 'ish type show in both radio and TV....can't stand to listen to him now let alone watch him......as Joel Mchale put it...Nancy Grace IS the mayor of bitchy town.

stay away from cable news. There is not enough news in a 24 cycle to warrant 4-5 different all cable new s networks.

Anyone remember that movie with William Hurt and Holly Hunter? what was it called?

BROADCAST NEWS.

good movie, it should be required viewing. Illustrates everything that went wrong with television news.

Fixed for you. I hate O'Reilly, but watching Olbermann get pissy about O'Reilly (a guy who probably makes more per year than Olberman will in his whole life) is just pathetic.

They don't do any international news anymore. I have CNN and CNN headlines news and half the time they don't have REAL news on either because they have some crazy person ranting about something. The only decent host they have is Larry King.

I don't have an allegiance to any news network. So I watch a bit of all of them.
Agreed, Nancy Grace is a tool.
