Do people actually still eat Cool wHip?

I still see it in the grocery store, but I never see anybody buy it, nor have I seen it at anyone's house since I was a little kid. I remember loving the taste of the crap when I was a wee one, but it's been ages since I last tried it. :hmm:

Anyone here eat it?

It depends on what I need it for. If I'm making a dessert (apple crisp, jello fruit cocktail, etc.), I tend to go with Reddi-Whip since it's just easier to deal with the can.

I always keep a container in the freezer for emergencies. I prefer freshly whipped cream, but sometimes you don't have enough cream on hand and Cool Whip is better than no whipped topping at all.

My mom makes one with Cool Whip, strawberries, pineapple, condensed milk, and nuts. Very good, but I do prefer real whipped cream on pie.
