Do PCIE cards come with power adapters for PSU with no PCIE?

I've ordered xfx 7900GT today for my new computer. My PSU doesn't have PCIE power plug - I know that there are adapters that put 2-4pin hdd power plugs into 1 6pin PCIE.
I just don't want to receive a card and then look for adapter if it doesn;t come with it.

Depends on the card. Most of the time they do though. My powercolor X1900XT didn't come with one though.
