do P4 motherboards have 1/4 PCI divider?

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I am kind of newbie here.

I want to know if P4 motherboards have 1/4 PCI divider so that I can overclock
to 133 Mhz FSB maintaining the buses on spec. I know that Willamette won´t reach
133 Mhz FSB, but if in the future I upgrade to Northwood 0.13 micron, that atempt
may be successful.

Abit P-4 BL boards has something better then divider.

You can set the PCI speed fix on 66/33.

No matter what FSB you are using the PCI will be 66/33.
