That is a pic of a connector on a gateway motherboard, my question is does say an Antec true power 330watt PSU have this connector. It lists a 6 pin connector ont he site, I just want to make sure these are the same.

That is not the standard P4 power connector - that is what makes a power supply P4 capable. There is a corresponding plug for it on P4 mobos near the CPU. It is generally referred to as the ATX12V power connector. It is a 4-pin connector. That is some proprietary Gateway thingy, but it is not the ATX12V connector for a P4. However, the Antec P/S does have a 6-pin connector that will fit that Gateway plug. It may be an either/or situation.

Ur thinking of a four pin plug that is on almost all new power supplies. Some Athlon boards need the ATX 12v plug as well.

What you linked to is an AUX connector. Some powersupplies have it, some don't. Some server style motherboards use it to provide juice to things like a SCSI backplane or anything else they feel they need extra juice for.

My Asus P4T-E has that 6 pin plug. My powersupply has the female end for it. Plus the square 12v plug. I got both plugged in.Don't know what kind of power supply said P4 ready.

No I know about the regular power supply connector and the 4 pin one, but then he told me about this 6 pin one, and I saw the pic and I just wanted to make sure the antec has that connector. I didn't mean to imply it was to power the P4, he just said his gateway needs all 3 connected in order to work. Actually after looking at my post i don't think i did imply it was to power the P4, not sure where you guys got that from. But thanks for letting me know the PSU has it. I have an antec PS, and I knew it had the 4 pin connector, although my ECS K7s5a obviously does not use it, and I also thought it had this other 6 pin connector, but I wasn't totally sure, and I couldn't see it in my case, but since I don't use it I probablly hid it somewhere.

That connector is defined in the latest revision of the ATX spec.

Most high performance supplies will have one.

OK - bottom line is that Antec TruePowers do have the AUX 6 pin connector.
