I've enver heard of an outdoor concert getting canceled just because of rain. If there's a lot of lightning the area, sure, but not rain. It turns everything into a big mud party.
None of the ones I've been to have ever been cancelled in that type of setting. Unless it's raining so hard that it's raining sideways into the covered part and affected equipment. I've seen shows where they cover equipment and wait out the storm but I've never been at one that's been called off.
It should say 'rain/shine' on your ticket somewhere, else just call the venue box office.
