DO our perceptions of ourselves change from day to day or does it have to do with time itself and/or

cosmic shifts and changes in the universe, that lends to our personal judgement of the self from moment to moment

Asking this because there are times when i look in the mirror and say to my self, got damn i'm super goodlooking and other times I'm like "who the f is this ogre"

Usually this duality of personal judgement changes from day to day, not sure if I'm actually changing appearance from time to time witout even realizing or it's just perception influenced from cosmic changes in the universe.

You don't think it's more likely changes in your mind/body itself, rather than "cosmic changes in the universe"? Men still have a hormone cycle too, and even beyond that, there are a lot of factors that could come into play. Our brain is a big, weird, wet computer with a lot of inputs and connections, and synapses that can act funny.
