Do OEM manufacturers still make PCs without AGP or PCIe slots?

The dell 2400 and 3000 (the bottom of their line) do not have agp or pci-e slots. So I would guess that the one you see a Circuit City does not have the slots either. I would contact the manufacturer to make sure though.
