Do OEM copies of XP Pro come with a COA?

Do OEM copies of XP Pro come with a COA?

Thanks for any quick answers. A random question in the wrong forum, but I need it answered ASAP.

TIA

I believe you get a disc and a small sticker with the key on it, nothing more. Also, the OEM discs tend to be really skimpy on the extra software that would normally show up on a computer.

If you order your OEM version from Newegg you get everything you need to run Windows on your PC legally. I have ordered several and had no problems.
