As I checked my email this morning I saw that I was charged for a FEAR server I had been renting. Problem is, I canceled with them earlier this month. I contacted the company and they said I did cancel my service with them, but did not cancel my subscription with them through paypal. Supposedly I was supposed to go into paypal to cancel it. This is just a shadey way of getting one extra month out of you.

I have canceled other services with companies that use paypal and they cancel the subscription at the same time.

This company is untrustworthy and will not be getting my business ever again. I urge you guys to never use them either.

huh? how do you cancel with them through paypal? that doesn't make any sense.
