Actually, polysaccharides are always digestible, otherwise they are refered to as udigestible fibers...
Once again you are wrong. Dietary fiber is polysaccharides and lignin that are non-digestable by human enzymes. This definition always means that all Food Gums (guar gum, acacia gum, etc) are considered dietary fiber.

Actually, you are correct, in a way, but most polysaccarides are digestible, but i read too much into the statement, usually undigestible fibers consist of complex chains of saccharides, not the ones that are commonly referred to as polysaccarieds in a dietary form...

But then again, everything uses the same building bricks...

Mainly depends on glycosidic bonds. Good old alpha and beta n-glycosidic linkages.;)

Now you are going beyond what i know...

I know diets, not exacts of buildingblocks, but how the body reacts when ingested, like how carbs, proteins and fats all work their magics, and how they are processed and the body reacts differently...

Cellulose is a polysaccharide as is Starch the former cannot be digested by humans the latter can.

Yeah the boneless wings suck....I got a four piece meal, my wife the boneless wings....took 20 mins to order and the stupid checkout lady actually replied to my order for a 4 piece meal as 'meal? what's a meal we have chicken' There was much more to the whole ordering process that night, but it can't really be transcribed here.

We got home and she had one wing and basically stopped eating....I asked what was wrong and she said they were not what she thought....I tried one and it was very strong and chemical-like...so we threw them out...both our stomachs made noise from one wing each all night.

We have decided to stick with chic-fil-a and burger king/mc donalds on sundays :)

I used to like KFC a lot, but lately the people working there and the food quality make it a hassle to even set foot in the restaurant.
