I dunno WTF is wrong with these people that work there. Everytime I go there to eat the dude w/ glasses and this lady are both fvcking rude. They never seem to admit to their mistakes and always think that the customers are wrong.
One time they gave these couple a wrong dish and the customer told them that that's not what they ordered. The asshat waiter then insisted that that's what he ordered and it's final and just walks away seeming like he didn't care. The customer then told the waiter that he's not gonna eat that crap and the waiter didn't seem to care so the customer just paid for it and left without even touching the food. What's even more fvcked up is that the waiter starts talkin to other customers there and tells them that he was right and the customer was wrong.
Another time I ordered a Chow Fun (Noodles) dish and that lady gives me Chow Fan (Fried Rice) instead. When I told them that I wanted Chow Fun instead and that bitch just says no and walks away!
This other time me and my friend was eating there and after we were done making our order with that same lady, he softly tells me that he hopes she doesn't get our order wrong this time. I guess she somehow heard him and goes off and starts repeating our order with a real bad attitude and when she served us, she just tosses the dishes down our table and walks away...
I'm fed up w/ these asshats that work there and will never eat there again until they learn some manners and offer better customer service. :|
