I am a very dissatisfied customer of Priceline.com's. I requested airline tickets about a week ago for a flight from Detroit to Orlando, asking for a flight leaving DET on Feb 28th and arriving back in DET on March 4th. After waiting for an email back, I got a flight ticket back, saying that I would leave DET on Feb 28th which was great, but here is the problem, I got a arrival time back in DET on Sat, March 3rd!!!.... I could not return on this date and never requested this date. I talked to the customer representatives and they gave me bull about how I could not change or cancel it although it was a bogus ticket they were giving me. After calling back several times, i finally got them to budge, they let me cancel and resubmitt a new request. Here is the other problem, for some bullcrap reason, I could not re-request a date of return of the date I wanted, since it was on the original request. Does that make any sense to anyone?... Anyays, I asked if I had any other option, since I could not come back on March 5th either. They said my only chance was to hope it would be rejected and then I could pay 75 dollar per ticket to cancel... well of course the request went through, and I got a arrival time back in DET on March 5th. Still useless tickets to me (3 tickets btw), I talked to the people and they said I could not do anything, I told them that I was willing to pay the cancellation fee, but they said I couldn't because I used my one-time cancellation and resubmission, I have eailed them constantly, but I get the same stupid response..."That's our policy"... so basically they could give you a ticket for 2 months ago, and you would HAVE to pay for it. Does this make sense to anyone?... DO NOT EVER BID ON PRICELINE!!!!!!!!

Paragraphs are indeed quite nice.

If they let you cancel why did you try to get tickets through them agian? A trusting soul..... I'd call and dispute the charges with my credit card company.
