I purchased a Thermalright Socket 1156 Bolt-Thru-Kit from UltimatePCcooling on the 6th of June this month.

I had not receive the my stuff, yet the money has already been withdrawn from my paypal account.

i've sent countless emails and no one ever responded.

These guys needs to be shutdown!

if they have enough such complaints, then the state's AG will most likely shut them down.

but because you, alone, seem to have screwed by one order, does not a failed business make.

Hi, welcome to the Internet. I hope you enjoy your stay.

I have never, in my many years of using the Internet, ordered something and had it sitting on my doorstep before I was charged for the product. Get real.

Also, it's barely been a week and a half for crying out loud. Find something worth raging about.

Your Internet connection needs to be shut down.

I use Newegg for pretty much everything I order online PC wise. Although I doubt they have the product you were looking for so I guess this post doesn't make much sense here haha.

1. It's been 12 days. Slow, for sure but too soon to claim they ran to Mexico with your money.

2. I believe you have 45 days to file a claim through Paypal (starting from June 6). According to sellers who use Paypal (I don't sell), they will without hesitation refund your money, freeze all known assets belonging to UltimatePCCooling and call in an airstrike on their location.

It would seem your panties are all bunched up for nothing.

Not weird that they took your money but odd that you still haven't received the item yet.

It's a good thing that you used PayPal for this purchase, otherwise, you'd have no protection. If it doesn't arrive within 30 days of payment, file a complaint with PayPal. They'll get your money back, and usually fast.

In the future, take a minute to look at the site you're considering to purchase from, by using Google to research the company. It'll potentially save you a lot of time & money.

We should be celebrating here! He popped his online-ordering cherry.

The first time is never what it's made out to be. After a few more experiences you'll learn how to work it.

This testimonial on the site made me lol.

"This is the most reliable thing of thing we’ve ever used. Man, this thing’s getting better and better as I learn more about it. I have gotten at least 50 times the value from Ultimate PC Cooling."- Michel

The site says they Yahoo merchant services, and they load Yahoo.net scripts so I'd say that's probably the case. Have you tried contacting paypal or yahoo before making a fool of yourself here?

That is the problem with businesses like Newegg, they spoil everyone.
Heck Ive received stuff BEFORE getting a tracking number from many places nowadays and most items arrive very quickly.

Then when you get someone who doesn't ship ASAP, you worry you're being robbed.
It really hasnt been that long so i say give them a chance.

And for future reference, if you're the type who doesn't like to wait on items, then stick to businesses known for fast shipping and choose next day shipping, or 2-3 day shipping, so you don't get frustrated again.

Monday about 6 PM, I ordered some safety glasses from Lab Safety Supply.
Tuesday I come home from work at 3 PM and they are here.
Wednesday morning, I get a tracking number telling me they shipped.

Hell, the last two DHL->USPS shipping stuff I got from Newegg, I got the tracking number e-mail a week to two weeks after getting the stuff. (Of course, I could see the tracking number online as soon as it shipped)

Have to disagree about Newegg to some extent. I needed a laptop (HP Elitebook) in a few days for somebody traveling overseas, so I ordered from Newegg w/ overnight shipping. After the second rolls around and no delivery I contact them to find out what's going on as the website says it is in stock. They inform me that even with next day delivery, they take 24 - 48 hours to process the order.

So now I know, but compared to every other business I deal with on a regular basis, Newegg is the only company that thinks there is nothing wrong with ordering a $1500 product on a Monday, paying ~$100 for next-day delivery, and receiving the order on Thursday or Friday. In this instance I ordered the product on Wed evening (~ 4PM) and called Friday afternoon to inquire about the order. Monday was a holiday, and they couldn't guarantee I'd get it before Wed so I cancelled it. Called my rep at CDW at 4PM on a Friday and it arrived the next day, Saturday, at 10AM.
