DO NOT buy from these people, they're f*cking incompetent. Ordered the Lite-On 24x CDRW. They sent me the 16x. They promise to ship me the correct one second day air once I send back the wrong one. But when it gets there, they're out of stock on the 24x. It comes into stock and by now I need to change the shipping address to somewhere that I'll be when the drive arrives. So I tell them. Then they ship it to the WRONG ADDRESS via UPS GROUND. And it wouldn't surprise me if it was the WRONG F*CKING DRIVE again. I've already trashed them in the Yahoo! "Rate our Service" center and tried to add them the Resellerratings.com. Any more ideas?
