What are your experiences, I have bought an Asus A7V133 in January and it won't go above 142MHz, a friend of mine bought his recently and he can get to 160 MHz FSB without probs!

P.S. My memory is well able to handle 160MHz as I tested in asynchronous mode (120/160), it is CAS2 Micron!

Unless I use high I/O voltages my KT7A (bought in Jan) tops out somewhere between 145 and 150.

Well, rising my I/O voltage to 3.65V does not do anything, I must have gotten a really crappy board :(

Does it not boot at all over 142 or do you just have stability issues. On my board the problem is everything will run great (Prime 95, games etc) but when I view JPEGs I get screen corruption! I find this very strange.

Well, I run Seti@Home 24/7 and I get lock ups, when I go higher than that.

Funny thing is, that I have glued an old K6-2 cooler on the northbridge using Arctic Silver glue and I still can't get higher, although this HSF is almost as massive as my PAL6035!

Good thing is, right now I am going at 144 MHz FSB, I have a 27cfm 80mm fan standing on top of my graphics card blowing on the NB heatsink. My Geforce 2 runs 3 C lower and my cpu runs 4C lower, maybe I will keep this one!
