Do newer drivers bring any improvement?

I have a GeForce 2 MX 400, and have been regularly updating my drivers, with the latest Detonator drivers.

Since this card is probably over 2 years old, does NVidia actually include any driver modifications in the Detonators' that actually makes any difference to the older cards such as the one I have?

In terms of performance - no, I'd say that it'll pretty much stay the same (unless performance inhibiting bugs are present and are squashed). Of course it's always good to have the latest drivers to get bug fixes, extra features and wider compatibility with newer games.
