Do Newegg accept returns on motherboards?

Also will they accept returns if you flashed the bios?


And what about cpu's? Do they take returns on that?


Nothing is wrong with them. Just hardware conflicts with TV tuner card due to VIA chipset appearently.

We have a 30 replace/refund warranty on most products on our website. The warranty of the products varies with each item. CPU's have a 7-day refund period. If an item is incompatible, there will be a 15% restocking for a refund request. The restocking fee is offset a 30-70% discount of the original retail price since the item will no longer be able to be resold as brand new.
