Do Netgear WG511 work with Pocket PC?

Please help a newbie here. Just bought the Netgear WG511 and I'm wondering if this would work with Pocket PC. How would I install the WG511 driver on to my Pocket PC. I have an Ipaq 3765 with the PC card expansion adaptor.
