Do my voltages look right?

My system is not that stable and I have narrowed it down to the mobo and PS. The PS is an Antec true power 400.

I'm not sure if those voltages are good or not. I don't know what they should read. Thank you for any help

Your screen shot was a little tiny and hard to read, but from what I can see you are running a little over 9 volts on the 12 volt line.

Yes, this is a problem . . . replace the power supply.

You should look in your cmos to verify voltages. Your -5, -12 & +12v lines are terrible.

Ignore the -5 and -12. These negative voltages are not used by modern systems. Yes, your +12 is awful and your 3.3 is too low.
