Do my spark plugs look okay?

While I was doing my valve cover gasket and CAS o ring, I wanted to see how my spark plugs looked that I installed about 6 months ago. They are NGK plugs from Pep Boys. I did not check the gap on them, just put them straight in out of the box.

Here are pictures.

Some will say that you can't read plugs, but I just want to hear some opinions. I've read/heard they are supposed to be light brownish, which mine do not look like. I'm concerned that my car is running too lean...

They're running a tiny bit on the hot side, but not so hot that you need to change the heat range.

looks perfect, still has a lot of life left in them. NGK V power usually wear well down to when the V grove starts disappearing, at around 30k miles to 35k miles.

I agree with TheGoodGuy. Cylinders 1 & 3 have a little carbon build up probably due to either leaky valve stem seals or the oil control ring on your pistons. Cylinders 2 & 4 look pretty good. Maybe a tiny bit on the hot side. I work in an engine dynamometer test laboratory and I look at spark plugs a couple of times a week. I've seen a lot worse than yours.
