Do most fat people have low self esteem?

I mean if they cared about themselves, they would lose the weight and make themselves look better, right?

it's also healthier and they would probably live longer too.

Constant criticism makes them have low esteem. But, I don't pity them at all unless they have a genetic problem. It's their fault they're fat, and even though I won't blatantly make fun of them in their face, it's disgusting, and I don't really like them. They just represent laziness to me.
 
It seems there are a rediculously large amount of overly super jolly fat people. I know they must be popping prozac like pez. It's like unaturally happy manic. It's annoying when I see those kind of people. Something is just not right.

Although I'd imagine there are a lot who just dont give a crap and have accepted that they dont care how they look and just be who they are without that pressure. They know they are fat so just go enjoy life and completely dont have that burden to worry about.
