well I know for sure that Dallas Fort Worth had two hotspots there. one i got a great signal from T-Mobile, and the other was a weaker signal from this other company who i can't remember the name. both of them were not free.
I didn't check the other airports i visited this weekend like Newark International, Reno-Tahoe, and Chicago Ohare.
Anyone here signed up with T-Mobile's service? Once I get my laptop I plan to sign up more than likely. Probably for their unlimited account... that being billed by the minute is lame.
I plan to get a cheap T-mobile phone and data cable, and use that as my backup internet line, instead of using dialup/DSL from AOL. although it came in handy this weekend.

Uhm their dial up system is kinda crappy. As far as WiFi goes I'm talking about putting a sim card into a wireless NIC and it connects to the WiFi signal in the airport.
i know, but i have AOL DSL at home, and use their crappy dialup in hotels without broadband. for T-mobile, I can just buy a cheap $50 phone instead of the $300 PC card and use it like that, for way cheaper.
