Do mobo standoffs come with the case or the mobo?

Going to be parting out a system, but can't recall if the standoffs came with the mobo or the case... In case two different people buy them I want to make sure I do it the 'standard' way...

Case...Although they can be bought seperatly. Lian Li use metal clips but most mobo trays use brass standoffs.

Also, some mobos do come with their own style. Hell, my mobo came with it's own heat sink / fan setup. And it came with two at that. But yes, it is standard for them to come with the case.
