Do megapixels for digital camera just mean how big the resolution can be?

No. It depends on the resolution of the monitor, if it's displayed on one.

No. It depends on the resolution of the monitor, if it's displayed on one.

Right, so on any given resolution, an increase in pixels creates a larger image. That's what I was referring to.
