Do Lithium Ion batteries have memory?

Thanks KnightBreed. So longevity is more of a problem than memory it would seem.
 
I had the very same question. I know Li Ion battery life can decrease dramatically if you don't follow the recommended procedure (my HP laptop battery was dead in a few months), but am not sure what exactly is the best method of charging and discharging them.
