lifers are the ones who dont have lives

elite are the loot or leet of the best (like my skillz 😛)

They can see who votes on polls. A little while ago someone made a "Do you have multiple accounts?" poll in which a lot of people voted yes. The mod locked the thread and said something like "Are you really that stupid to think we can't see who voted for what? An investigation is underway."

Scare tactic? I have a hard time imagining where those results would be displayed.
 
Not many elites have a post count about 10k, so on average Lifers will be well above.

Though speaking of lifers, I've seen some guys pass 50k posts. Perhaps it's time to add something above Lifer?

Fusetalk has an option to let anyone see who voted and how, it's a link next to the poll option I believe. It's disabled for normal users here, but enabled for the mods(or so the theory goes).

Possibly, but the results could simply be displayed under each poll option like how it's done on vBulletin. Of course, it'd be hard to confirm how this one works.
