It really depends on the overall look at that you're going for...very loose or somewhat shape-forming? I'd probably still say large, but there's an easy to way to find out...go into the store.

I have a pink polo but no way in hell will i EVER carry a LV nor flip the collar.

yes... i wear a large in tshirts... the cut for the arms is a little above my elbows

They have an athletic fit, which means they run a bit small. Sleeves are shorter than most polos, but that's normal for nicer shirts. If you wear large t-shirts, definitely get a L Lacoste Polo, not a M, unless you want a REALLY tiny shirt.
