Do it matter which proxy I flush to?

It doesn't matter, but if you flush through the team Round Robin/Mika, you'll get stats updated every half hour 😀. Mika et al can also direct the team proxy to flush to non-constipated Dnet proxies so you don't have to monitor it yourself.
 
Like Jim said, you might want to consider using the TA Round Robin proxy. Just set your clients to use

proxy.teamanandtech.com
proxy80.teamanandtech.com
proxy23.teamanandtech.com

Those last two are in case you need to use a different port than the default.

You can check the status of the TARR proxies at Bphantom's proxy status page and check the stats updated every half hour at the Team Anandtech RC5 stats page.
