Do iPaq monochrome and iPaq color handhelds use the same ROM flash?

I will be getting a "free" ROM upgrade for my iPaq 3650, as it
was purchased during the promo period. I also have an iPaq 3135,
purchased outside the promo period. My question: Will the same
ROM upgrade for the 3650 work on the 3135?

I doubt it. But you could always try it, it can't hurt.

NOTE: I don't have an ipaq!

However, maybe try it, but keep a backup of the original from the 3135 just in case it doesn't work.
