I think with all the pain from having your body ripped open you probably wouldn't appreciate the difference.
 
Are you guys sure? Obviously the the tissues and muscles being ripped would hurt...but could you feel the intestine itself?

Yes that shiz would hurt. Even if your intestines didn't have nerve endings, the shredded tissues and muscle nerves would be pounding like a mother. Care for a demonstration?
