Do I update my bios for: "Update microcode 19."

I have an Asrock h97m pro 4 motherboard and the latest bios description just says "Update microcode 19". What is microcode 19? Should I update? I have a 4790k, 750ti, and 16gb ram with no perceivable issues so far.
 
153 errata on Haswell.😱
You'll probably never encounter them (maybe the unpredictable@>4GHZ one), but I would sleep easier knowing a few of those were fixed.
 
Oh, right that infamous microcode update. Seeing how the OP has a K on a H board it would best not to update.
