Do I Trust Aida32's Temp Readings?

I just assembled a sweet P4 rig and was wondering if the temps being read by Aida32 should be taken as accurate. It's a 2.6C@3.25 (default vcore) and Aida32 says I'm running 46C at full load (SETI x 2 - gotta love HT! :) ) Should I take this as an accurate temp reading? Is there another, better way to read temperatures? It's been 100% stable for about 12 hours now with no signs of letting down.

for me AIDA32 reported the same temps as MBM5 and WinDoctor (utility that shipped with my mobo)

so i say ... YES. AIDA32 ROCKS!

I don't think any software temp readings are accurate. But if the system is stable then temps are fine. Prime95 will produce errors is the cpu is running too hot.
