Do I risk it all? UPDATE!

So Snowbird offers this early morning Tram at 7:30 AM. It's only offered on certian days of the week (I know wednessday and either monday or friday). Tonight it's snowing, Even if it stops right now and we are left with only 6 inches it will still the best skiing I have had in a long time.

I will have to take a real early bus. I usually take the 7:54 bus, but I'll have to catch the 6:19 bus (as the 6:49 bus cuts it too close for comfort). I tried calling the resort but the dumbass who does the general routing didn't know anything about it. Maybe it's a deal that is only offered to instructors, I don't know.

The problem is I don't work until 9am. I am usually there at 8:50 because sometimes you get kids who come in early. So if I head up, I am stuck at the resort with nothing to do. I suppose I could hike up a bit and get a few turns in, but that doesn't sound appealing in the slightest. None of the lifts nor the public tram opens until 9, which is too late for me to ride anyways.

Here are my odds as they stand now.
54.95% I get up there and have to sit around until 9
40% it beign open and I get a few good runs in before work
5% I get up there and find an odd job to pad the pay check
.05% I get up there and "first tracks" at 7:45 lets me on without paying them a dime

UPDATE:"Once again, the conservative, sandwich-heavy portfolio pays off for the hungry investor!"
I didn't go because the bus was way too early and I don't like drive when the sun hasn't woken up yet (ICY!). Turns out the early tram sessions are tuesdays and thursdays! Boy did I have that wrong!

From what I can tell, taking the early tram/bus is an intense, life-changing decision for you.

I don't know what to say at this point

He was obviously being sarcastic about the 'life changing decision' line, as he probably thinks this a pretty dumbass question and that most people won't want to waste their time trying to help him decide what he should do that morning.

my advice:

take the early bus, see if you can get a few runs in. if not, sleep. failing that, bring a book and a sandwich lol. plus this way if you do get up that early and you're not up for it, you can always decide whether you'd rather sleep more and get the bus later then.

EDIT: also note his second answer choice, "I can't believe you wrote all that about what time to set your stupid alarm clock".

What you posted hardly qualifies as risking it all.

Risking it all, is draining your 401K, your life savings, and mortgaging everything you own, including you soul, on the bet, that with enough plastic surgery, your wife /gf is going to become a super rich superstar.
