Do I qualify for roadrunner promotion if I'm with earthlink?

Earthlink and TimeWarner have a deal where earthlink provides the ISP and TW provides the cables. I'm currently with earthlink and I was wondering if I could switch to roadrunner and be qualified for their $30/month for 6 months promotion. The only reason I would think not is because I'm basically already with TimeWarner and won't be considered a new customer.
