Do I need xInsIDE.exe when I have Intel Rapid Storage Technology?

Hi gang. I was running Revo Uninstaller Pro to look around and see if I found anything funky and did come across this...

JMicron's RaidTool, xInsIDE.exe is listed in my startup and is NOT running. I do run Intel Rapid Storage Technology. I've got two RAIDS on my Windows 7 64bit PC. A Stripe and a mirror. Plus I have my C drive, which is an SSD.

EVerything works fine now, so I am thinking this is OK. But i wanted to run this by the experts and get their opinions.
