Do I need to worry about a flower shop not having roses for V-Day?

Do I need to put an order on hold for the 14th? Or can I just walk in in the morning and not worry about them running out?

Get a much less expensive flower arrangement. Drop it off yourself. THen say "With the money I saved by not getting reamed with Roses, We're going out for a very fancy dinner, followed by a hotel with a hot tub, followed by XXX...."
