Do I need to upgrade my PSU?

I currently have this PSU running:

Opty 165 @ 2.5ghz
Budget MSI 939 mobo
Evga 7900GTO
1x 7200 rpm HDD
1x 16x DVD burner
3x 120mm fans

My friend is planning to upgrade his system in the next month or two and he's donating some of his old stuff to me:

Q6600 (I plan to overclock it at some point but stock is fine for now)
Higher end ASUS mobo (P5? Deluxe)
4gb DDR2

I was also planning to buy a 48xx/57xx video card to go along with the new parts.

If you are getting a HD4870 and overclocking that Q6600, yes it would be a good idea to upgrade.
