Do I need to update the bios on the abit nf7-s v2.0?

Im pairing this with a mobile xp 2500. I just wana get 200mhz fsb or a lil over it. This is the cheapest I've seen:

However the site says in bold red font that I must update the bios. I've updated a bios before, but I heard it is very hard on theese boards. I thought this could oc to 200mhz fsb out of the box.I just wana know if this site is correct,thanks.
